Our recent stay as a family at Oxyvalley Resorts was really a best one. The greenery wrapped in Kerala’s calm, this place truly lives up to its name & every moment felt fresh, peaceful, and rejuvenating. The natural surroundings are breathtaking, with misty mornings, chirping birds, experiencing in pool and an atmosphere that instantly slows you down. The resort blends beautifully with nature, offering serenity without compromising on comfort. Every jeep rides had its own feel good moments. The hospitality deserves special mention — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Specifically the Bhutan ladies who were very kind and sweet to mention. They were tirelessly working and their way of talking tamil fluently is the highlight. Every interaction made us feel welcomed and valued. The rooms were clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed to tuck in. Food was good and I think more indoor games can be made available if possible. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, and escape the rush of everyday life with a beautiful view from the pool in your room, then Oxyvalley Resorts is a hidden gem you shouldn’t miss. The villa room was spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and privacy. Cleanliness was excellent, and the serene surroundings made it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The calm atmosphere of the property added greatly to the overall stay, especially for a family vacation. The food deserves a special mention. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, with a good balance of taste and variety. The restaurant staff were attentive to our preferences and ensured that our dining experience was consistently pleasant throughout our stay. What really stood out, however, was the service and the kindness of the staff. Everyone we interacted with was courteous, helpful, and genuinely eager to make our stay comfortable. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome and well taken care of. I would especially like to appreciate Dilip, who ensured all arrangements were smooth and handled everything with great professionalism, even during the busy New Year period. His support and attention to detail made a big difference to our overall experience. A special thanks as well to Muthu from the restaurant, who went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable during meals and always served us with a smile and great care.
